Summer coaching Packages

Use this summer to your advantage: reflect, restore, and refresh!

Whether you’re new to the academy, a seasoned faculty member, or an administrator, summer is our time to rest, make progress on key projects, and get ready for the next academic year.

Together, we’ll co-create a purposeful summer that suits your needs with built-in accountability but without the hustle. Work with me one-on-one or join our summer group with other faculty just like you.

Each coaching package requires a short application. After your application is approved, we will schedule a free 30-minute discovery call to determine if we are a good fit for a professional coaching partnership and to answer any questions you may have. pathfinder classic

This one-to-one coaching package includes 6 60-minute video conference sessions.

This package is usually completed within 3 months and includes the following:

  • 6 individual sessions (scheduled every other week at your convenience using my calendar tool)

  • 6 reflection exercises to help you identify actions around your goals

  • Email support between sessions

ultimate pathfinder

This extensive one-to-one coaching package includes 12 60-minute video conference sessions.

This package is usually completed within 6 months and includes the following:

  • 12 individual sessions (scheduled every other week at your convenience using my calendar tool)

  • 12 reflection exercises to help you identify actions around your goals

  • Email support between sessions

  • 1 60-minute personalized consultation on personal branding, time management, or planning/organization

This group coaching package includes 6 60-minute video conference sessions with a small group of 8-10 individuals.

Group coaching sessions are scheduled at a specific time every other week. This package includes the following:

  • 6 group coaching sessions

  • Text support on Slack between sessions
